Job summary

Parker Lord is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our EPM team. This role offers a home-office option and requires significant travel.

You will manage current customers, grow relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the automotive and industrial sectors. You will coordinate with supply chain, finance, and technical service to deliver value, while driving forecasted usage and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing sales and customer relationships across levels including Supply Chain, Program Management, and Tech Leadership.
• Identify, evaluate, and capture new business opportunities at specified customers.
• Provide forecasted usage and ensure adherence to Parker terms and payment terms as per agreement.
• Grow the sales pipeline and meet or exceed account growth projections.
• Lead global account coordination as needed and align with global sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management on campaigns and distribution channels.
• Support distributors and customers with value-added solutions and cross-functional coordination.
• Travel 50–70% overnight as required.
