Job summary

CA CI is seeking aSenior-level Deployment Manager to lead global deployment efforts under the GMOS contract for the Department of State. You will guide a high-performing team, manage complex schedules, and coordinate with logistics, training, and IT operations to ensure on-time deployments across multiple locations.

You will develop comprehensive deployment plans, track progress, and provide executive visibility through metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of related experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale IT deployments across multiple locations/environments.
• Experience developing deployment plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources across concurrent deployments.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional deployment activities including logistics, shipping & receiving, training, operations, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing hardware/software deployments, including installation planning, site readiness, implementation coordination, deployment tracking, and post-deployment activities.
• Ability to identify and mitigate deployment risks, resolve scheduling/logistical challenges, and adapt deployment strategies.
• Experience developing deployment metrics, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, installation activities for hardware and software upgrades across worldwide facilities.
• Develop trip schedules for Government approval with ten-day advance requirement.
• Coordinate logistics with shipping, deployment, and training for multiple deployments.
• Deliver deployment tracking reports for post self-installs and team activities.
• Manage installation and upgrade schedules with weekly updates.
• Provide resources including Tiger teams for special projects and surges in deployment support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for all special projects.
• Serve as a technical expert across multiple projects and potentially supervise others.
