Job summary

CAci seeks an SME Exchange Engineer for the GMOS program with DoS, leading upgrades, cluster management, and security for global Exchange deployments. You will guide a high-performing team and ensure high availability across facilities while aligning with Department of State requirements.

You will drive DevSecOps initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated security validation and efficient release processes. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Proven Exchange Server 2019+ deployment and clustering experience.
• Strong DevSecOps background with CI/CD tooling and security validation.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Exchange upgrades, enhancements and modernization.
• Operate and maintain Exchange 2019+ clusters in data centers.
• Set Exchange operations strategy for domestic facilities.
• Coordinate with DT/EA/CST to meet Dept. of State requirements.
• Define enterprise backup strategy and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Develop DHCP strategy for 350+ global facilities with DNS integration.
• Oversee server and storage filer infrastructure for Exchange operations.
• Excel in DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines with automation.
• Lead major assignments, budgeting, methodology selection, staffing decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on Exchange architecture and security modernization.
