PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Global Category Manager to lead indirect procurement. You will craft and execute category strategies, run RFx events, negotiate contracts, and optimize supplier performance while aligning with ESG goals. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and travel to sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement or category management, strong analytics, and proven negotiation skills in multinational environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in procurement or category management.
• Experience in multi-national companies dealing with indirect spend.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect procurement.
• Lead RFx events, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive cost savings, risk management, and ESG alignment within categories.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and monitor performance metrics.
