Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Analyst in the United States (CA location hinted). The role offers immediate impact, training, and long-term growth in a firm focused on immigration.

You will perform case preparation, filings, client communications, data reporting, and compliance activities, contributing to productivity goals in a hybrid local office environment with a $60,000–$72,000 annual salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent client-service experience.
• At least two years of business immigration experience (paralegal).
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalate case issues to supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proofreading and drafting fluent prose without AI.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.
• Desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the firm, immigration case types and client processes.
• Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, document review, case drafting, and case filing.
• With supervisor guidance, communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear responses regarding case status or inquiries.
• Meet deadlines per SLAs and communicate case progress, status, escalations to supervisor.
• Compile and summarize large quantities of data in case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team.
• Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
• Follow firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational and client compliance.
