Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of health financing and health systems strengthening.
• Strong understanding of global health security and donor-to-country transition.
• Experience designing frameworks to improve efficiency of clinical and financial resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of frameworks, metrics, and financing approaches for health program transition.
• Provide high-level policy advice to Department and Embassy leadership on health financing and policy.
• Engage with partner governments, donors, and private sector on health systems and transitions.
• Draft policy papers, strategy documents, and guidance related to health systems integration.
