Qualifications

5+ years of Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
5+ years of Category Management experience.
Retail industry experience.

Responsibilities

Own the overall customer experience strategy for your category, setting strategic goals.
Lead the selection strategy and execution for your category.
Collaborate with partner teams to meet category goals and milestones.
Establish and grow vendor relationships, hold vendors accountable for performance.
Own the Trade Planning Strategy to drive category growth.
Be the 'business owner' for your category and manage cross-functional teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with partners to meet deadlines.
Create a compelling category CX that drives customer engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and communicate with stakeholders to hit inputs and outputs.
Provide input for promotional activity, space allocation, pricing, and forecasting.
