Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a seasoned Head of Government Affairs to lead its global policy and regulatory engagement. Based in Reston with a hybrid schedule, you will shape strategy across Europe, Canada, and the Americas and partner with legal, risk, compliance and business teams to advance policy objectives.

You will represent the company to policymakers and regulators, develop advocacy materials, manage external advisors, and drive data‑enabled decisions that align with corporate goals while

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related roles.
• Capitol Hill, EU Commission or comparable corporate experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks in automotive/mobility.
• Proven ability to lead strategic advocacy across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a multi-year global government affairs strategy.
• Provide briefings on legislative developments to executives.
• Represent the company before legislators, regulators, and industry forums.
• Lead engagement with policymakers and agency officials to advance policy objectives.
• Manage external consultants, lobbyists, and coalitions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, strategy, marketing, and business teams.
