Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Head of Government Affairs to lead a global policy program, focusing on Europe, Canada, and Americas engagements while coordinating with internal teams. The role reports to the EVP, Chief Legal Officer and shapes regulatory strategy across markets.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years in government affairs, exceptional communication, and the ability to work with senior leaders to influence policy outcomes in a fast-paced, global mobility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in government affairs, public policy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks in automotive/mobility and data technologies.
• Proven track record leading legislative and regulatory initiatives across multiple markets.
