Job summary

ACS Logistics Holdings, operating under the Allegro brand, is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Global Freight (Air & Ground) in Minnesota. You will own a large strategic account, lead a dedicated team, and drive service quality across international and domestic lanes.

You will manage client communications, invoicing accuracy, and performance reporting while coordinating with operations, carriers, and finance to protect profitability. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Account Management, Freight/Logistics Operations, or Transportation Management.
• Direct experience with air and ground freight, international and domestic shipments.
• Prior experience supervising a team, including scheduling and coaching.
• Working knowledge of freight invoicing, rate reconciliation, and billing disputes.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Communication & Relationship across international and domestic air and ground freight.
• Lead the Account Team, coach staff, and manage scheduling and coverage.
• Oversee end‑to‑end freight execution, including customs and documentation.
• Manage end‑to‑end invoicing, reconciliations, and billing disputes with finance.
• Own reporting on performance, costs, and trends; drive improvement actions.
• Identify process improvements across execution, reporting, and invoicing workflows.
