Job summary

You will manage significant matters, draft and negotiate complex agreements, supervise trademark work, and support mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, Florida Bar admission, 4–7 years in commercial law with transactional focus, and excels in negotiation, client service and project

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Florida.
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial/business law with transactional focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on legal and business matters.
• Draft and negotiate franchise, vendor, IP and other complex agreements.
• Manage trademark matters, litigation, and strategic transactions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and policy development.
