Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Mid-Level Associate for our Franchise & Distribution Practice in multiple U.S. offices, including Miami. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, or licensing, with strong writing and communication skills.

Franchise experience is a plus, but not required. The role requires maturity, accountability, and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment with excellent academic credentials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters.
• Franchise experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and willingness to assume significant responsibility.
• Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist on franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements.
• Support international expansion strategies and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with teams across offices on sophisticated transactional matters.
