Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an FP&A Supervisor to join the Corporate Controller Group in Chicago. You will partner with Global Technology as a Finance business partner and help drive cost analyses, budgeting, and forecasting for a major cross-functional program.

You will own month-end close support, variance analysis, and spend reporting, balancing Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures while building strong relationships with technology and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze and present data clearly.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for Global Technology.
• Lead cost-benefit analyses and advise on cost savings for cross-functional projects.
• Report spend drivers to Global Finance and Global Technology leadership.
• Support month-end close, variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
