Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to join our FSP team. This remote US position focuses on strategy development, data mining, and feasibility reporting for global clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with equivalent work experience or equivalent years’ relevant work experience.
• Practical experience and understanding of global drug development and clinical trials including data mining, manipulation, and presentation for clinical research and market analyses.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analyses, interpretation, and presentation of primary and secondary data for operational strategy and planning.
• May provide project oversight to junior GFLs to ensure data accuracy and QC of deliverables.
• Conduct data mining of internal/external databases and oversee collection of primary data for high-profile trials (country/site mix, site selection, enrollment modeling).
• Participate in proposals and bid defenses; recommend data usage for proposals and bid defenses and identify risks with solutions.
• Independently lead cross-functional teams in standalone feasibility efforts; deliver final reports and discuss findings with clients.
• Mentor junior team members and potentially serve as line manager for junior global feasibility staff.
