Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility across the US and international sites. You will manage RFP feasibility analyses, liaise with stakeholders, and develop actionable site strategies based on data and market intelligence.

The role requires advanced scientific and analytical capabilities, excellent English communication, and the ability to work across virtual teams in a dynamic CRO/pharma environment. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to independently work in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Strong data handling to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail and evidence-based decision making.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office and internet research capabilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight toward RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• May mentor or supervise junior staff per line manager guidance.
• Coordinate work across team during multi-study programs.
• Support department management in achieving business objectives.
• Review sponsor requirements with Business Units and Medical Directors for RFPs.
• Conduct literature research to provide background information.
• Assist in preparing materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site selection.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries; support data storage and retrieval systems.
• Evaluate new informatics tools and enrollment modeling for feasibility assessments.
• Deliver pre-award site feasibility assessments as presentations/reports.
