Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage paid feasibility objectives, liaise with stakeholders, and drive data-driven site selection decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with RFPs, and ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal oversight while delivering high-quality feasibility analyses and presentations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or equivalent
• Proven ability to operate in virtual and team environments
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Clear, effective scientific and clinical communication
• Experience with CRO/Pharma industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet research

Responsibilities

• Lead independent feasibility assessments and RFP responses across indications
• Manage multiple assignments with varying complexity concurrently
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocols and timelines
• Mentor junior staff as needed and support department objectives
• Develop and present feasibility findings to internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain records and data in internal libraries and ensure timely updates
