Strong English, client communication, and leadership are essential. The position requires a BS in Science and extensive knowledge of CRO/Pharma processes, with travel as needed to support multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight towards RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manages multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and proposes approaches for RFPs.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Mentors junior staff and supports department operations as directed.
• Coordinates team efforts during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with Business Units and Medical Directors.
• Performs literature research to provide background information.
• Prepares material for bid defenses and participates in meetings under supervision.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintains comprehensive records in internal libraries and data stores.
• Contributes to feasibility analysis systems and data retrieval tools.
