Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across UK, Poland, Spain or US, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and deep scientific expertise.

In this role you will independently manage RFPs, assess data requirements, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable feasibility insights while maintaining high data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Independent work in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data for broader audiences.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles.
• Strong bid text development and sales mindset.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and standalone paid feasibility analyses with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across indications and therapeutic areas.
• Proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and support staff development as directed.
• Develop and track metrics to measure feasibility impact and recruitment support.

BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research
