Qualifications

• Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of experience planning and executing complex, high-profile events, including managing budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to customer service

• Experience successfully managing several events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and off-campus event planning and execution within budget.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, identify cost-saving solutions.
• Coordinate with Law School and University partners; plan large external events like Commencement and Alumni Weekend.
• Oversee vendor contracts and approvals; manage contracts via BuyND.
• Support event promotion and guest communications with Marketing team.
