Kastle is building the AI employee for banks and seeks an Events & Experiences Lead to own a 50+ North America events calendar in 2027. You will craft experiences that senior banking executives remember and share, from intimate dinners to large industry conferences.

You will work directly with founders, sales, and customers, managing end-to-end delivery, budgets, and outcomes across domestic and international events. This is hands-on and requires field presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B events field marketing, or experiential marketing in a SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Own the global events calendar, decide where Kastle shows up and how each event supports target accounts and markets.
• Create experiences worth attending—executive dinners, customer gatherings, roadshows, conference activations.
• Lead end-to-end event production: source venues, negotiate vendor agreements, manage travel and on-site execution.
