Job summary

Kastle is building the AI employee for banks. We’re seeking a Founding Growth Lead to build systems and campaigns that bring Kastle into new accounts and markets. You’ll own messaging, outbound, events, and growth tooling, writing compelling copy and measuring what works to drive real sales opportunities.

You’ll work hands-on with data, automation, and AI tools to map markets, cultivate relationships, and craft a scalable GTM program. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role.

Responsibilities

• Build a live market map identifying target accounts and opportunities.
• Create paths into important accounts via outreach and warm introductions.
• Own outbound and marketing experiments with campaigns and copy.
• Develop growth tooling: dashboards, automations, and workflows.
• Own Kastle’s product messaging across materials and website.
• Plan and run presence at events and conferences.
• Test creative ideas for reaching buyers and measure outcomes.
