Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead capital and operational projects across multiple U.S. offices and global partners. You will ensure safety, scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leveraging distributed teams in an EPCM setting.

You will manage projects up to $150MM TIC, using strong commercial acumen and advanced EVM capabilities, with a focus on governance and productive teamwork across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in the engineering industry, 5 years as Project Manager II.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedure Manual.
• Lead and coordinate project execution across multiple U.S. offices and global teams.
• Establish clear project objectives, communication frameworks, governance structures, and decision-making mechanisms.
• Use logic-based scheduling concepts and collaborate with the Scheduler to sequence activities and assess schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to establish cost controls, forecasts, and progress metrics using EVM.
• Maintain ISO-9001 compliance and support continuous improvement across all offices.
