Responsibilities

wThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of complex industrial capital projects from initial planning through engineering, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, construction, operations, procurement, maintenance, finance, and safety teams while managing contractors and driving successful project execution

.Key Responsibilitie

• sLead the planning, execution, and delivery of large industrial CAPEX construction projects
• .Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and project controls
• .Manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility and engineering through construction, commissioning, and final closeout
• .Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Maintenance, Safety, and Finance
• .Manage outside engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• .Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and safety while ensuring contract compliance
• .Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• .Present project updates and capital expenditure requests to executive leadership
• .Oversee commissioning, startup, testing, and transition to operations
