Job summary

USA Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Houston. This role involves managing complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, energy, or related fields, along with strong leadership and communication skills. A hybrid schedule is offered, along with a competitive compensation package of up to $150K.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within engineering or energy sectors.
  • Experience with EPCM organizations strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation through execution and closeout
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
  • Track project performance and proactively resolve risks and issues
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience within engineering, industrial, energy, or related environments
  • Experience working within or alongside EPCM organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
