Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's preferred).
• DFSS/Lean/Six Sigma certifications desirable.
• 10–15 years in engineering process improvement and product development.
• Experience with DFSS, traceability, DFMEA/PFMEA, risk management, and V&V.
• Ability to travel internationally and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Improve engineering efficiency by identifying best practices and streamlining workflows.
• Standardize processes across product lines and drive governance and traceability.
• Promote AI-enabled engineering solutions and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with tool owners, quality leaders, and systems teams for integration.
• Define and track key engineering metrics and process adherence.
