Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager specializing in exterior components. You will lead sourcing, supplier qualification, RFQ analyses, and contract negotiations to deliver high-quality parts on time and cost-effectively.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing while managing supplier development and industrialization programs. The role requires automotive parts launch experience, strong negotiation and cost-modeling skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and program management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and release activities for interior and exterior parts and issue POs for prototype and production components.
Identify and qualify parts suppliers meeting Lucid's expectations and program timelines.
Create RFQs, review quotations, and develop sourcing recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical factors.
Negotiate contracts related to parts procurement and engineering services.
Manage supplier development and parts availability timelines for prototype builds and production startup.
Maintain supplier relationships and act as primary contact for commercial issues and sourcing updates.
Travel 15-25% to conduct supplier business and program reviews.
