Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Global Directory Services Engineering Lead in Philadelphia, PA to lead a follow-the-sun team across the US, Mexico, and the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep experience designing and operating enterprise-scale on-premises AD environments (multi-forest/domains).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra and hybrid identity, including synchronization and conditional access.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and administration.
• Experience leading distributed global engineering teams across time zones.
• Emphasis on security best practices and remediation of exposures.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a follow-the-sun engineering organization across US, Monterrey, and Manila.
• Translate global directory services strategy into roadmaps and execution plans.
• Provide technical leadership for complex AD/Entra and hybrid identity issues.
• Design forest/domain architectures, GPOs, trusts, and federation solutions.
• Oversee AD Certificate Services, CA hierarchy, templates, and revocation processes.
• Govern directory protection, auditing, backup, delegated admin, and automation tooling.
• Develop automation to improve provisioning, monitoring, remediation, and tasks across AD/Entra.
