Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep experience operating large on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra and hybrid identity.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience leading distributed global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a follow-the-sun engineering team across US, Monterrey, and Manila.
• Translate strategy into engineering roadmaps and execution plans.
• Provide technical leadership for complex AD and Entra issues.
• Design forest and domain architectures, GPOs, trusts, and federation.
• Oversee AD Certificate Services and certificate policies.
• Govern directory protection, change auditing, backup, and automation.
• Develop automation to improve provisioning and monitoring.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and other teams for secure, scalable outcomes.
