Chubb Global Directory Services is seeking an Engineering Lead to guide a globally distributed team delivering enterprise directory services across AD and Entra hybrid environments. You will shape strategy, develop roadmaps, and drive execution for secure, scalable identity solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra, and automation, with leadership experience across multiple time zones and regions. This senior position reports to the Global Directory Services Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Extensive experience designing, engineering, and operating enterprise‑scale on‑premises Active Directory environments (multi‑forest).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra and hybrid identity.
• Proficient in PowerShell for automation and directory services administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a follow‑the‑sun directory services engineering team across the US, Monterrey, and Manila.
• Translate global directory services strategy into engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable execution.
• Provide technical leadership for complex Active Directory, Entra, and hybrid identity issues.
• Design and deliver solutions across forest and domain architecture, Group Policy, trust relationships, synchronization, conditional access, and federation.
• Oversee Active Directory Certificate Services, including CA hierarchy, templates, issuance and revocation policies.
