Shield AI is seeking a Senior Program Manager, International Programs, to lead international Direct Commercial Sales programs and partnerships, based at Frisco, TX. You will manage multi-project international defense programs, interfacing with government, military, and industry partners and traveling internationally as needed to advance missions.

Qualifications

8+ years of program management experience in defense or aerospace.
Proven experience leading international defense programs (DCS/FMS).
Successfully managed multi-project programs with cost, schedule, and performance ownership.
Experience with complex contracts and export-control considerations (ITAR/EAR).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of international DCS programs, owning cost, schedule, and performance.
Develop trusted relationships with international government and industry stakeholders.
Mentor in-country program managers and report to senior leadership.
Plan, track, and report budgets, staffing, and risk across time zones.
Coordinate with Contracts, Legal, Finance on changes and milestones.
