Government stakeholders, international customers, engineering, logistics, sustainment, and contracting to ensure on-time, cost-efficient performance and longterm program health. The role requires leadership, complex program management across multiple projects, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience for DoD programs.
• Ability to run advanced projects with multiple interrelated parts.
• Excellent leadership, time management, organization, and team management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Foreign Military Sales programs from contract award through delivery, acceptance, training, sustainment, and follow-on support.
• Coordinate with U.S. Government and international customers and act as the primary point of contact for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with government offices, contracting, international partners, engineering, logistics, and sustainment teams.
• Monitor budget, resources, schedule, and performance metrics and report accurately.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive mitigation or acceleration strategies.
• Establish and lead effective internal and customer meetings with thorough preparation.
