Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Business Partners and leadership to address compensation issues.
• Consult with client groups on job evaluation, exemptions, analyses and total compensation.
• Execute annual review cycle with senior leaders for an efficient process.
• Develop and drive compensation processes and initiatives globally.
• Analyze salary information to update salary structures and make recommendations.
• Provide compensation training materials to partners and managers.
• Coordinate global compensation programs across regions and functions.
