Salesforce is seeking a Community Program Senior Analyst to lead global engagement initiatives for the Tableau community. You’ll run live and virtual events, contests like Iron Viz, and craft engaging programs that connect data enthusiasts worldwide.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with Legal, Events, Marketing, and Product to ensure compliant rules, strong logistics, and measurable impact across programs. You’ll use Tableau and analytics to optimize participation and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing, community engagement, or events end-to-end.
• At least 1 year using Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong project, timeline, and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for global contests and product showcases, such as Iron Viz.
• Plan and execute ongoing engagement programs, virtual events, and community moments.
• Coordinate with Legal to set rules and eligibility, and arrange speakers and logistics.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Product on rehearsals and live broadcasts.
• Curate user-generated content to highlight real-world projects in marketing.
• Track participation metrics to provide insights and show program value.
