Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the execution of global late-stage clinical studies, with hands-on operational leadership across study teams and external partners.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality, partner with Regulatory, Data Management, and Clinical Supply, and oversee CROs to ensure on-time delivery across Phase II/III programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience, including responsibility for managing complex trials.
• Strong global trial and later-stage development experience, ideally Phase III.
• Ability to lead cross-functional study teams and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing CROs and external vendors.
• Solid knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, and global trial requirements.
• Willingness to travel (~25%) and adapt to a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical studies with timelines, budgets, quality, and operational execution.
• Identify and address operational risks to keep studies on track.
• Lead cross-functional study teams across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, and Clinical Supply.
• Oversee CROs and external vendors, monitoring performance and adherence to timelines and contracts.
• Communicate study progress and risks to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to Clinical Operations processes and ways of working to improve efficiency.
