Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 10 years in clinical trial management and leadership.
• Ownership of multiple clinical programs and oversight of several trials concurrently.
• Strong CRO/vendor management with financial accountability and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple programs and studies, aligning with broader development objectives.
• Oversee trial planning, timelines, budgets, quality, resourcing, operational risks, and key metrics.
• Lead Clinical Operations team and manage CROs and external partners.
• Communicate program status and risks to senior leadership; support regulatory deliverables.
