Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Clinical Data Management to own end-to-end CDM activities for assigned trials and to lead data management study teams.

The role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise to improve data quality and study delivery. The position requires 8+ years in CDM, knowledge of FDA/CFR and ICH/GCP, and familiarity with CDISC/CDASH.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Knowledge of FDA/CFR and ICH/GCP.
• Familiarity with CDISC and CDASH standards.
• Experience with data visualization tools to build study-status and data quality dashboards.
• Experience creating and applying tools to clinical data workflows, including data review, automation, and visualization with validation and oversight.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude).
• Effective communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Data Management on the Clinical Study Team and lead study communications.
• Oversee Data Management Plan activities to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Advance vendor oversight and performance monitoring.
• Partner with IT to streamline external data transfers and integrate data across systems.
• Oversee outsourced CDM vendors and ensure alignment with Deciphera standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data deliverables.
• Lead CDM inspection activities and manage findings to resolution.
