Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Sr. Program Manager, Program Leadership & Management, to provide leadership, strategic direction and program management to our Development and Commercial Program Teams.

In partnership with the Program Lead, the Sr Program Manager will drive development and deliver results for programs in early to late phase clinical development and/or lifecycle management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• 8+ years in R&D or drug development project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the drug development process.
• Knowledge of project management software/tools.
• Ability to manage team dynamics and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the Program Lead to develop and execute Integrated Development Strategy.
• Lead daily program management and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate program strategy and progress to stakeholders and partners.
