Job summary

PCI is seeking a Lead Global Project Manager to oversee assigned clinical customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting customer expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between PCI US and PCI UK for global studies and lead cross-functional teams.

The role requires travel 10–30% and the ability to manage budgets, change orders, and provide exceptional customer experience while upholding cGMP and GCP policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1-5 years related experience.
• College Level Mathematical Skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to Travel
• May have Supervisory Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for assigned clinical projects and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Primary customer contact for clinical packaging activities and relationship management with Customer Project Teams.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise the Clinical Project Managers and Associate Clinical Project Managers.
• Forecasting and managing project expenses in adherence with the project budget and invoicing.
