Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Program/Change Management professional to drive global process alignment and strategic initiatives across manufacturing and IT.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with SMEs, and develop roadmaps for system development and deployment, while delivering measurable improvements and fostering innovation in automation and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES).
• Proven data analysis, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic change management initiatives.
• Lead and support global alignment of processes and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead SWAT activities and refine the SWAT charter to address global and business needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify process gaps and implement BKMs.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate data requests; establish follow-up actions and timelines.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap and timeline to drive global alignment and deployment.
• Build strong global relationships with GQ teams, OCT PEE, OCT MAE, SMAI, and IT.
• Communicate updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
