Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering team in Boise, Idaho. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with ME leadership, and drive data-driven insights and workforce planning to transform operations.

The role focuses on dashboards, reporting, and executive communication to accelerate organizational transformation in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of program management, business operations, and strategy execution at leadership level.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building automated dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, Copilot or similar tools.
• Experience in workforce planning and executive communications.
• Proven ability to manage transformational initiatives across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track pivotal strategic initiatives with ME Director and leadership.
• Align collaborators across organizations and drive consensus.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, facilitate decision making, remove barriers.
• Support labor efficiency program management incl. roadmap, tracking, action management, exec reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards, benchmarks, scorecards, reporting frameworks.
• Develop automated reporting systems, dashboards, BI tools for insights.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives and workflow transformation.
