Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Sr Benefits Analyst to lead the Total Rewards programs. You will manage global benefits, enrollment, and open enrollment processes, ensuring compliance and data accuracy across 12 countries.

The role requires strategic program development and strong collaboration with brokers, consultants, and internal partners. You will influence wellness, retirement, and health benefits while communicating effectively with leadership and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in total rewards/benefits administration.
• Experience managing multinational benefits programs.
• Experience with online enrollment systems.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable benefits programs aligned with Ping's values.
• Oversee U.S. and global benefits enrollment and data transfers.
• Coordinate open enrollment and audits; manage contracts and filings.
• Communicate with leaders and employees about wellness and benefits.
