Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking an International Relationship Manager Sr to coordinate with the sales team and build business banking relationships with companies under $10mm in gross sales. You will participate in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk assessment, while expanding client engagements and cross-selling bank products.

The role requires strong sales leadership, Spanish-English bilingual abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of direct sales and International Personal Banking development experience.
• Must have formal credit training.
• Must be highly capable of meeting sales goals, independent activity in direct banking sales and cross-sell opportunities.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/AML requirements and KYC completion.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets and exceeds individual and team sales goals across deposits, loans and other products.
• Independently expands existing relationships and solicits new business via referrals and cold calling.
• Develops and prioritizes new prospects with the team and generates complex, customized proposals.
• Advocates for clients to secure suitable credit and cross-sell products/services.
• Structures and completes unsecured business loans and evaluates risk for credit approvals.
