Qualifikationen

• 7+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise AV solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Zoom, Neat, Logitech, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron.
• CTS or equivalent certification preferred.

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of all AV equipment and rooms.
• Provide Tier 3 support for AV platforms (Neat, Zoom, Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Teams, Crestron).
• Evaluate emerging AV tech and implement global standards/best practices.
• Lead AV-related projects including installations, upgrades, integrations.
• Maintain documentation and provide system performance reports.
