Job summary

Point Wild is seeking a fully remote accounting and reporting manager to oversee the company’s complex accounting function and operations. You’ll lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and assist with global audits while enhancing internal controls to ensure accuracy of reported results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA required.
• 6-8 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Minimum 3-4 years in Big 4 public accounting.
• 2+ years in an enterprise SaaS organization.
• M&A and technical accounting experience; Workday ERP expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the global group.
• Support the financial statement audit with memos and calculations for complex transactions.
• Build internal controls and accounting processes to support audits.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Assist FP&A with forecasting and revenue/expense recognition.
• Manage ASC 805 valuations for acquisitions; equity accounting and stock-based compensation.
