Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA or Chartered Accountant required.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience including public and corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal control design, and SOX/COSO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Lead consolidation of financial results and preparation of consolidated statements.
• Ensure integrity, consistency and transparency of recorded financial events.
• Maintain strong control and compliance framework with SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes globally.
• Provide leadership growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support new business initiatives with accounting requirements and systems development.
