Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or financial reporting experience.
• 5+ years leading global teams.
• Experience with SEC reporting (Forms 10-Q/10-K).
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP/consolidation/reporting systems (SAP, S/4HANA, Workiva).
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams responsible for financial close, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly close, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate SEC filings support with External Reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for close and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to manage system impacts and risk communication.
• Provide clear, decision-useful insights to senior leadership.
