Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, consolidations, close processes, and financial reporting.
• Public accounting and corporate accounting experience in a manufacturing setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee corporate accounting activities, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Support accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple business units.
• Research technical accounting matters and assist with accounting policy development.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting workflows, and operational efficiencies.
• Strengthen internal controls and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate audit requests and serve as a key contact for accounting matters.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support acquisition integration, system improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Mentor accounting team members and help establish scalable processes and clear accountability.
