Job summary

Intel seeks an Accounting Manager to lead a global team for management reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, and SEC filing support. The role partners with Close/Consolidations and External Reporting to ensure accurate consolidated results and timely disclosures.

The position emphasizes automation, transformation, and insightful leadership commentary for senior executives, across a hybrid US-based work model including Hillsboro context and multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience or 7+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing direct and/or global teams.
• CPA certification.
• Public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing management reporting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow reporting in support of external reporting.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting processes, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear insights.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence across functions, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting and cash flow analysis.
• Oversee quarterly management reporting, including executive packages and variance explanations.
• Coordinate with Close/Consolidations and External Reporting for 10-Q and 10-K disclosures.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues during monthly and quarterly closes.
• Drive automation and process improvements in the reporting process.
