Job summary

Yardi is seeking a meticulous Accountant to manage general ledger activities, journal entries, AP/AR, revenue reconciliations, and month‑end close. You’ll analyze transactions, maintain records, and ensure GAAP compliance across a multi‑entity environment while supporting tax filings, audits, and supplier invoices.

This role emphasizes cross‑team collaboration, accuracy in financial reporting, and adherence to global accounting standards in a fast‑paced, innovative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with foreign currency consolidations and audits.
• Knowledge of GAAP and global payroll regulation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and support multi‑entity accounting in line with controls and policies.
• Analyze financial data and transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare timely financial reports to support operations, decisions, and compliance.
• Handle general accounting functions including sales tax, international accounting and payroll tasks.
