Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a seasoned accounting supervisor to lead a team of Accountants responsible for monthly financial statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will oversee processes, support audits, training and performance reviews, and collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; five years of GL accounting experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• CPA/CAM credentials are advantageous.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the accounting team and ensure quality of financial statements.
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly financial statements.
• Support external audits and internal controls; provide coaching and development.
